Last year we recruited almost 340 people: we now have 226 partners and 2,957 staff. We’ve worked hard to make our firm a great employer and are delighted with the quality of people we are able to attract. Our graduate intake has increased and we maintain an outstanding success rate in professional exams.

Diversity is important to us, and we're increasing the proportion of women in senior positions through development programmes and family-friendly working conditions. We've also invested heavily in new and refurbished offices to provide comfortable and stimulating workplaces.
As a result, staff turnover remains low for the profession at 12 per cent and we're consistently highly ranked in surveys of the UK's best employers.
