Transparency statement

The extended EU 8th Directive aims to improve transparency and reliability of the statutory audit process by introducing additional controls over audit firms and public interest entities. All audit firms that carry out statutory audits of public interest entities must publish annual transparency reports. One year earlier than required we have published our first report on our website.

This report defines the structure of our UK firm and international network, our governance structure and internal quality control systems. The report also describes our independence compliance, the public interest entities we work with and partner remuneration.
