Glasgow
I attended the University of Glasgow, obtaining a Bachelor of Accountancy (B.Acc),
graduating in 1990.
I joined BDO Stoy Hayward in September 1990 as a graduate CA Trainee, and qualified
as a CA in 1993. Following qualification I progressed from Audit Senior to Assistant
Manager, Manager, Senior Manager and through to my current role of Director. I have
spent my entire career with BDO Stoy Hayward, predominantly within the Business
Assurance department, although I have also had spells in both Tax and Forensic Accounting.
As an alumnus of the University of Glasgow I am keen to promote the firm to current
undergraduates who are studying at the university.
