Corporate Finance
The Corporate Finance team helps maximise the value of businesses by advising on
acquisitions, raising funds, flotations and disposals.
Our clients are typically national and international businesses and private equity
houses focusing on transactions in the £10 to £200 million range. We work across
a wide range of industries and our local knowledge on international transactions
is underpinned by BDO Stoy Hayward’s international network.
The team is highly committed to achieving the strategic objectives of clients by
taking a quality-driven, proactive and personal approach to transactions. This commitment
is reflected in our track record and is the reason why in 2005 and 2006 we acted
on more flotations to the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) than any other accountancy
firm and were recognised as the Financial Adviser of the Year 2005 by the British
Venture Capital Association and AIM Accountant of the Year 2007.
