see the wood for the trees.
Management Consulting lends an objective eye, helping companies to improve their
performance through analysis of existing business problems and developing strategies
for the future.
Our Management Consulting department was launched just a few years ago. Already it
is carving out a reputation for itself. It works closely with other departments
in the firm to provide business clients with a 360-degree service.
You can expect to apply a range of techniques to identify best practice such as change
management, coaching, cost reduction and strategy reviews.
This is generally considered an area for hardened business people, professionals
who can apply their experience and wisdom to other companies and situations. We
don’t believe that this is the case.
We think there’s room for fresh thinking and enthusiasm. This is why we’re
offering a rare opportunity for graduate trainees to join our growing department.
