Chelmsford is the county town of Essex. It lies 31km North East of London and has
a population of over 100,000 people. Largely a commercial town, it employs around
80,000 people.
Our office is located within easy access to the A12 and a five minute walk to the
train station, with direct services to the City. There is an excellent shopping
centre close by and there are a variety of bars and restaurants all within easy
walking distance of the office.
The Chelmsford office together with Hatfield and Cambridge form the Firm’s
‘Eastern Region’.
Like many of our offices we have an open plan layout, making for a friendly working
environment. We have a passion for teamwork and warmly welcome new starters. With
such a variety of clients and services you can be sure that no two days will be
the same.
When work is over there are a number of popular social activities and events which
our staff enjoy throughout the year.
Chris Mason – Tax
Chris studied Physics with Maths at Southampton and joined BDO Stoy Hayward in December
2005. He is currently part way through his ACA qualification and is part of our
Corporate Tax team.
