of work because that’s really important.
How are your ideas encouraged?
If you have an idea then they will more than help you make it happen; for instance
I’ve set up a netball team within the department and another guy has set up
a recycling scheme.
What opportunities do you have at the firm?
I’d been in the company for three months and a huge job came up with the American
office, so I got to go out and work for two and a half months in New York.
