Why choose BDO Stoy Hayward?
I chose to do my training with BDO Stoy Hayward because I looked at the results
of an internal survey that was conducted on how happy people are working for BDO.
Everyone who responded was very positive and said they enjoyed working there and
I thought I’d like to be part of that.
What exam support are you given?
Whilst I’m doing my training and exams I get given day release to go to professional
training colleges where I’m allowed to study for my actual exams. Whilst we’re
actually working we get given internal training by BDO as well to help us with the
day-to-day stuff.
How is the firm different?
It really does care about individuals’ personalities; I noticed this initially when
I was actually applying for the job, at each stage of the application process there
was always a representative there from the office where I work in Southampton to
make sure that I wouldn’t just fit into BDO Stoy Hayward, but I’d fit
into BDO Stoy Hayward Southampton.
