Induction
Our induction courses set you on your way. They’re an overall introduction
to our business, as well as a chance to meet your fellow trainees. Friendships and
internal networks are an important part of life here, and this is where it all starts.
From this point learning becomes a mix of practical client experience, tailored
training and development programmes and study towards your professional qualification.
Support
From the start, you’ll be guided and supported by your own counselling manager.
Their role is to help you settle in during your first few months, extend yourself
and reach your full potential throughout your training contract. There is also a
Student Qualification Manager, whose role is focused on getting you through your
professional
Training
Apart from our internal tax training programme for CTA, you’ll attend external
tutor firms for your professional training, but we make sure you have all the study
and revision time you need, as well as in-house support and extra tuition if you
want it. Our results are excellent.
