Starting salaries are graded according to discipline and location. The salary package is reviewed annually and graduate recruits get at least two pay
reviews during their training period.

Our ‘Flexcel’ package means you can ‘buy’ and ‘sell’
holiday time and decide on your own level of private health and dental cover. You
can also change your benefit choices once a year if you need to.
