we believe there’s no substitute for first-hand experience.
Learning is a two-way process. It‘s a partnership. One between us
and you.
We will work with you to develop your potential to be the best. Learning and development
involves a process of continual growth and improvement. To get the most from this,
you must be willing to move out of your comfort zone, reflect on your experiences
and develop new and creative solutions.
Induction
Our induction programme sets you on your way. It provides an introduction to our
business, and a chance to meet your peers. Friendships and internal networks are
an important part of life with us – and this is where it begins.
From here, learning is a mix of practical client experience, tailored technical
knowledge and know-how development programmes and study towards your professional
qualification.
Support
From day one, you will get guidance and support from your very own counselling manager.
Their role is to help you settle in during your first few months, to stretch you
and to help you realise your full potential during your training contract. There is also a Student Qualification Manager, whose role is focused on getting you through
your professional examinations.
You will attend external tutor firms for your professional training. But we make
sure you have all the study and revision time you need, as well as in-house
support and extra tuition, if you want it.
All your professional qualifications are fully paid for by us. This includes paid
study leave, exam fees, course fees, and money for books and materials.
In addition to your technical knowledge and know-how development for qualification,
you will also experience a wide range of personal, management, client service and
client-winning skills to support our overall strategy.
We also have in-house training teams with the technical knowledge and know-how for
each business stream. You will discover an extensive network of support around you,
including business coaches, mentors, counselling managers and partners.
You will also be supported and developed through training within your business group,
and technical seminars and courses that build your specialist knowledge.
We also offer individually tailored training solutions, internal, international
and external secondments, and external training courses.
