MBO of Wilderness Scotland and Wilderness Ireland

Mobeus Equity Partners invested £6.3m in Ski Solutions, a luxury tailor made winter holiday company, in August 2017 as a platform investment for further bolt ons.

 

Following the original investment, Mobeus Equity Partners provided follow-on investment funding to support the MBO of Wilderness Scotland and Wilderness Ireland, an activity based holiday company located in Aviemore, Scotland and Sligo, Ireland.

 

The transaction brings Ski Solutions and Wilderness Scotland together within the Active Travel Group.
