Yoga conditioning & Stretching for cyclists

Cyclists are known for their strength, speed, endurance and power, but with this often comes tight muscles, stiff lower backs, hips and overworked target muscle areas. In order to be less prone to injury. 

We have partnered with Diane Lee from Bath Yoga studio to put together a programme of 3 virtual exercise sessions specifically designed with cyclists in mind. This stretching programme is aimed at cyclists keen to lengthen short muscles, recover quicker and to improve performance. Diane has worked with elite sports professionals from World Class Triathlon, Bobsleigh, Premiership football and Formula 1 athletes.

The programme, comprising 3 online sessions, costs £25 or you can drop in to try a single session for just £9.
