In April 2018, KRM22 plc was admitted to trading on AIM having raised gross placing proceeds of £10.3m.
KRM22 is a closed-ended investment company established with the objective of investing in target investee companies in the technology and software sector, with a particular focus on risk management in capital markets. Through these investments, the Company will separately aim to create and provide a platform for risk management software solutions to be provided as a fully integrated, real-time, risk management tool for financial service markets.
