Peel Hunt is a leading UK mid and small-cap focused investment bank operating across three segments: Investment Banking, Research & Distribution, and Executing & Trading.
Peel Hunt raised £112m, with £72m going to selling shareholders and £40m being raised to fund future increases in regulatory and working capital requirements, continue growth in Peel Hunt's activities and establish a presence in the European Union, and continue investment in technology.
