On 6 April 2018, LendInvest Secured Income plc, a wholly-owned subsidiary of LendInvest Limited, issued a £40 million listed retail bond. This represents a further tranche of notes issued pursuant to the Euro Medium Term Note Programme established by Lendinvest in August 2017, when an initial £50m was issued.
BDO acted as reporting accountant on the both the establishment of the EMTN programme and the latest issue.
