BDO advised Bright Horizons Family Solutions Ltd on its acquisition of Asquith Nurseries, which operates 90 nurseries across the UK. This secures its place as one of the UK’s leading nursery providers.
The acquisition brings Bright Horizons’ total number of nurseries in the UK and Ireland to over 300. Its ultimate parent company is NYSE listed (BFAM) and is a leading global provider of early education and preschools, employer-sponsored child care, back-up care, educational advisory services and other work/life solutions.
