BDO provided financial due diligence and SPA advice to Deka on its acquisition of Clarges Mayfair from British Land.
Clarges Mayfair was redeveloped by British Land in 2017. It has c50,000 sq ft of office space and c15,000 sq ft of retail space. It is fully let, with the retail occupiers including Joël Robuchon’s Le Comptoir and Le Deli; and a Porsche showroom.
The German based Deka group (via its real estate division) offers private and institutional investors a wide range of property-based investment products and services, supplemented by loan funds.
