Acquisition of Fun Shack (UK) Limited by AFG Media Limited

AFG Media Limited, the fancy dress retailer behind the Morphsuit and backed by BGF, has acquired Fun Shack which designs, makes and sells a range of costumes through online retailers and more than 200 shops. AFG Media plans to export Fun Shack’s costumes through its existing international distribution channels.
