Acquisition of Laing the Jeweller Ltd by Laing Glasgow Holdings Ltd

BDO provided financial and tax due diligence to Laing Glasgow Holdings Limited, the luxury watch and jewellery retailer, on its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Laing The Jeweller Limited and its sister company Parkhouse The Jeweller Limited. After 12 years apart the transaction has allowed the two Laing businesses to reunite, with the combined group now operating seven shops across the UK under the Laing brand – three in Glasgow, two in Edinburgh, one in Cardiff and one in Southampton
