Acquisition of Raptim Intercontinental by Key Travel Holdings Limited

Key Travel, the travel management company focused on the humanitarian, faith and education sectors, has completed the acquisition of Raptim Intercontinental. This acquisition helps expand Key's presence in Europe and forms part of its growth strategy following its acquisition by Elysian earlier this year.
