BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence services on Visser Projectservice BV’s acquisition of Sicuro (UK) Limited.

This is the second financial and tax due diligence service completed by the BDO team within a six month period for Visser as they continue to expand their UK security and surveillance offering and increase their European market presence.
