The acquisition of Union Solutions enables Claranet to expand its customer base and service capabilities, with Union representing the latest in a string of technology businesses to be added to the Claranet Group in recent years.
Union employs around 30 staff and has an annual turnover of GBP 10m. It specialises in a range of IT infrastructure and managed service offerings, including infrastructure design, hosting, transition, and migration, with a strong emphasis on high-performing data management and security for large businesses. Union supports both large on-premise managed solutions, as well as managed solutions on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
