BDO provided financial due diligence and tax structuring advice to Getronics (owned by Bottega InvestCo S.à.r.l.) in support of the acquisition of Pomeroy.
Getronics is a multi-national provider of technology services, comprising software platforms and telecommunications solutions, including cloud services, to a range of customers around the world.
Pomeroy is a US based provider of IT infrastructure hardware and software solutions with associated deployment, networking, maintenance and service desk services.
This is the second successful transaction that BDO has worked with Bottega/Getronics on, having undertaken due diligence regarding the acquisition of Getronics Group by Bottega in 2017.
