Greencoat UK Wind PLC, the leading listed renewable infrastructure fund invested in operating UK wind farms, has raised gross proceeds £375m as part of an Initial Placing and Initial Offer for Subscription under a Share Issuance Programme (the “Transaction”). The proceeds will enable the fund to continue its strategy for acquiring UK-based onshore and offshore windfarms.
BDO acted as reporting accountant in connection with the Transaction.
