On 7 March 2017, Impact Healthcare REIT was admitted to trading on the Specialist Funds Segment of the London Stock Exchange. It raised £160m to acquire an initial seed portfolio of 58 care homes located principally in Northern England. BDO acted as reporting accountant on the transaction.
