LDC invests in the Patrick Parsons Group

BDO provided M&A advisory and due diligence services to LDC in support of their multi-million-pound development capital investment into the Patrick Parsons Group, a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy business operating from a network of offices across the UK.    

Following the investment, the Group plans to accelerate growth both organically and through a number of strategic acquisitions, including that of Birmingham-based infrastructure engineering specialist THDA, which concluded alongside LDC’s investment.
