The minority investment by private equity firm LDC will support Headland's ambitious growth strategy to deepen its consultancy capabilities and fulfil its objective to advise a broader range of clients on complex communication matters.
BDO supported LDC in their investment by providing financial and tax due diligence services as well as SPA support.
