Open Offer by Worsley Investors Limited

Worsley Investors Ltd, formerly called AXA Property Trust Limited, is a premium listed investment company that has changed its investment objective from real estate to investments primarily in a diversified portfolio of securities and related instruments of companies listed on UK stock markets.  

BDO acting as reporting accountant on an open offer under a newly established placing programme to raise funds to pursue this new investment strategy.  In March 2020, the company announced that it had raised gross proceeds of £3.9m.
