Independent medical communications agency Fishawack, backed by GCP in July 2014, has been sold to private equity firm LDC in a deal structured by accountancy and business advisory firm BDO. Established in 2001 by Oliver Dennis and Dominic Miller, Fishawack is now one of the largest, independent, global medical communications specialist providing medical communications services to 15 of the world’s top 20 pharmaceutical companies. As a global group, Fishawack has offices in the USA, Switzerland and the UK, employing 231 staff.
