BDO have advised on the sale of LinkFresh Software Group by WestBridge Capital to American niche software solutions consolidator Aptean Inc (backed by Vista Partners & TA Associates).
LinkFresh is the only true SaaS ERP platform to address the Fresh Food Markets globally, having undergone significant investments in R&D to offer the market a scalable, cloud based, ERP solution, utilising the Microsoft D365 Business Central and D365 Finance and Operations platforms. Endorsed by Microsoft’s internal delivery teams, LinkFresh is the key extension to their global 365 roll out to the agricultural industry.
