The acquisition of Blythson Limited by Look Ahead Care and Support Limited

BDO provided financial due diligence for Look Ahead Care and Support Limited on its acquisition of Blythson Limited.

Blythson Limited is a care homes and assisted living operator based in Kent, founded in 1994.

Blythson operates residential care homes and supported living care homes as well as offering supported living for people in their own homes.

The acquisition will see Look Ahead expand its provision in the sector.
