LXI is listed on the Premium List segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority. It aims to deliver inflation-protected income and capital growth to shareholders through investing in a diversified portfolio of UK property, that benefits from long-term index-linked leases with institutional-grade tenants.
In September 2018, LXI completed a £175 million capital raise, which was well in excess of the target fundraising size and also oversubscribed at the maximum issue size.
