Target Healthcare REIT plc, the Main Market listed investor in care home real estate, recently completed a placing, open offer and offer for subscription to raise gross proceeds of £94m. The proceeds of the transaction will be used to fund existing capital commitments and a pipeline of imminent and near term acquisitions of care homes. BDO acted as reporting accountant on this secondary fundraising.
