BDO Tech M&A has advised the shareholders of Cygna Labs on the acquisition of Diamond IP from BT.
Cygna Labs, a highly specialised software manufacturer with a focus on providing enterprises worldwide with the latest innovations in cloud security and compliance technology has acquired Diamond IP, from BT. Diamond IP is one of the three main providers of DDI solutions and a critical provider of connectivity, cloud, and security services.
Cygna Labs will not only gain the advantage of becoming a standalone DDI vendor but also the ability to drive DDI Innovation.
