BDO acted as Reporting Accountant on Access Intelligence PLC’s £19.4 million acquisition of Isentia Group, and associated £50 million fundraise.
Access Intelligence is an AIM listed technology UK-based software company, and Isentia Group is an Australian-based media intelligence and data technology firm.
The acquisition will create a global media monitoring business that will benefit from greater scale, a diverse and competitive product offering and greater geographic reach, bringing benefits to all clients.
The acquisition constitutes a reverse takeover for Access Intelligence under the AIM rules and will enable both businesses to combine and align their expertise, in order to provide a wider product offering to clients across a larger geographical reach.
