Admission to AIM of Arrow Exploration Corp

Arrow Exploration Corp. is a high-growth operator with a portfolio of assets across several Colombian hydrocarbon basins. 

Arrow Exploration was already admitted to the TSX Venture Exchange.  This transaction saw its admission to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc, following a fundraising of £8.8 million to fund its future development.

BDO acted as reporting accountant in respect of the transaction.
