BDO has provided sell-side M&A, vendor Commercial Due Diligence, vendor Financial Due Diligence, Financial Modelling and Tax advice to Prime Global in connection with a significant investment from Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (LLCP).
Prime Global is a leading, international medical communications and market access group. The business has experienced exceptional growth in recent years, including the recent launches of new consultancies Prime Access, IRIS, and Prime Omics, as well as the acquisition of Cambridge Medical Communication in May 2020.
The investment from LLCP will support Prime Global as it continues on its sector-leading growth trajectory.
