Merger of XX Artists with Media.Monks (a subsidiary of S4 Capital Plc)

S4 Capital has announced merger of Media.Monks with social media marketing agency XX Artists to expand its capabilities and client base in US market.

XX Artists was founded in 2018 by Kyle Kuhns, employs 125 people and helps clients including Google, YouTube and Ancestry.com with their social media and influencer content strategies. The agency generated profits of $12 million last year.

BDO has provided financial and tax due diligence, together with deal advisory services, to Media.Monks on the merger.
