BDO acted as reporting accountant on the £450m fund raise by Greencoat UK Wind plc.

Greencoat UK Wind plc, the leading listed renewable infrastructure fund invested in UK wind farms, has raised gross proceeds £450m as part of a placing, open offer, intermediaries offer and offer for subscription. The proceeds will enable the fund to continue its strategy for acquiring UK-based onshore and offshore windfarms.
