BDO has provided sell-side M&A, vendor Commercial Due Diligence, Tax advice, Financial and Tax Vendor Assist and Financial Modelling to ADAMAS Consulting Group Ltd in connection with the sale to Ergomed plc, an AIM listed group.
ADAMAS is a well-established, leading provider of mission-critical regulatory compliance and consulting services to the global pharmaceutical industry, with a broad client base and expansive global reach, including the US, Europe and APAC.
The acquisition enhances Ergomed’s global presence and broadens the service offering to clients, whilst addressing the pharmaceutical industry’s ever-growing need for best practice quality assurance due to the increasing complexity of drug development, pharmacovigilance and manufacturing processes and associated regulatory requirements.
