The transaction will enable ISYS to expand its market-leading software offering across the UK and overseas, alongside The Access Group sales infrastructure.
Operationally, ISYS will act as a launch pad for Access to establish a strong foothold in the Waste Management space. The combined business is committed to continue the development of the team and software alongside Access’ sales infrastructure, to further drive sales and continue the growth of ISYS.
