The Department of International Trade (DIT) working with BDO, is seeking engagement with businesses looking to trade with Australia, to better understand what is desired from a future free trade agreement. The short webinar will include some real experience and learnings from businesses, and DIT will be providing an update on where we are with discussions.

It is anticipated that the trade agreement will facilitate extensive opportunities for new investment and promote significant collaboration between business in both countries, particularly in areas including technology, agriculture, natural resources, defence and space exploration. Well-aligned ways of doing business between Australia and the UK also makes this a great opportunity for market diversification which remains key for resilient businesses post-COVID.

BDO UK and BDO in Australia will be hosting the event, which will highlight the opportunities for trade between the countries. The session will also give you a chance to ask your questions to inform discussions and help shape future trade arrangements.
