Our subscription service
Our clients often worry that change programmes, particularly those which involve significant external support, are not sustained once a project is over and there is a return to business as usual. The purpose of the subscription service is to provide ongoing independent challenge and support to organisations in sustaining and improving existing services.
We will help you embed newly implemented changes. Through light touch but sustained review, with staff development and governance/reporting support, we provide leadership with assurance that processes and controls continue to operate effectively. We will also provide recommendations for intervention.
The subscription service enables clients to build their own review by selecting a ‘work package’, ‘operational unit’ and ‘focus area’. Our subscription model brochure provides more detailed information.
