Bond issue by Metropolitan Funding plc

Metropolitan, a housing association and member of the g15, made its debut bond issue on the capital markets through its subsidiary Metropolitan Funding. The organisation was assigned an AA- credit rating with stable outlook by Standard & Poor’s for a £250m bond of which £100m was retained.
