The Guide to Damages in International Arbitration, Third Edition

11 January 2019

BDO’s Forensic Services team are proud to have once again contributed to Global Arbitration Review's The Guide to Damages in International Arbitration. The guide is a desktop reference work for those who'd like greater confidence when dealing with the numbers involved in damages disputes.

In particular, this third edition incorporates updated chapters from various authors and features several new chapters addressing such issues as best practices and issues in discounted cash flow models, full compensation and total reparation, and estimation of harm in antitrust damages actions.

We have this year contributed two chapters to the guide:

  • Gervase MacGregor, David Mitchell and Andrew Maclay have contributed a chapter giving an overview of accounting and damages basics.

These chapters are extracts from the third edition of GAR’s The Guide to Damages in International Arbitration, first published in December 2018. The whole publication is available at https://globalarbitrationreview.com/edition/1001283/the-guide-to-damages-in-international-arbitration-third-edition
