Acquisition of Imagine Cruising by dnata World Travel

dnata, an Emirates Group company, has taken a 51% stake in the Swindon-based cruise-and-stay specialist, Imagine Cruising, which was set up four years ago. It follows dnata’s recent UK acquisitions of Travel Republic, Gold Medal and Stella Travel Services. The deal remains subject to regulatory approval in South Africa.
