Sale of Global Group (UK) Limited to Impellam Group

BDO is delighted to have provided vendor financial and tax due diligence services to Global Medics, the medical resourcing business operating out of the UK, Ireland, Australia, Canada and New Zealand. We also undertook top-up due diligence for the acquirer, Impellam Group plc, the international staffing business
