Gender pay reporting – A practical guide

Gender Pay Reporting came into force on 6 April 2017 and all employers based in Great Britain with 250 or more employees (at a company or entity level) are required to publicly report a range of gender pay information and six GPR ratios by 4 April 2019.
As well as calculating the numbers accurately and publishing them, employers should focus on how to manage the communication of the data to their employees, customers and other key stakeholders to limit any collateral risks to the business.
