BDO invests in its technology risk assurance team

Accountancy and business advisory firm BDO LLP has recently strengthened its technology risk assurance team (TRA) with the appointment and promotions of four new partners since the start of the year.

Dee Vaghela joins the national technology risk assurance practice this month, and is based in the Midlands. His role will see him support new and existing clients leveraging technology solutions, data analytics and controls specialists across our external audit portfolio. He has particular expertise within the natural resources and energy and manufacturing sectors and joins BDO from EY.

Adrian Hughes also joins the national TRA practice, and is based in London. As well as supporting the wider team in applying advanced technology and data analytics to the audit process, Adrian will have a specific focus on maintaining consistent IT audit quality across our audit portfolio. He joins from PwC.

In January BDO announced two new promotions to partner in the TRA team, Rob Di Santo in London and Spencer Ashworth who is based in the North West.
